Below are the documents for you to review.  The Rules & Regulations, Grinder Pump Steps and the Grinder Pump Instructions are for your customer records.

We included a blank lot diagram so that you can begin your installation design.  Please remember that the grinder must be located no closer than 10 feet from each side property line and 10 feet from the front property line. The Field Supervisor will be available to meet with you to discuss any concerns or to help locate your equipment.

We will need the Utility Agreement and the Utility Easement completed and returned to our office along with your payment. We will also need a copy of your deed.

Sewer Service, which includes the installation of your grinder pump is $6,000.00. Water Service, which includes the installation of your water meter is $1,000.00. The District Office will research your property prior to giving you a final amount due to make sure any previous deposits are credited, and to explain any fees or liens that are attached to the property. 

Once your power has been installed and is “hot” or turned on by Tri-County Electric, please notify the District Office at 850-578-3043 so that we can begin the installation process. We will work with the Field Staff’s schedule, notify 811 that we will be excavating at your property, and determine when your installation can be performed. Please note that we are dependent upon the weather and the tides, but will strive to get your equipment installed as soon as possible.
