Effective immediately, the following policy will be enforced for all customer accounts:
- One Month Past Due:
- A courtesy phone call and written notice will be issued to the account holder.
- Two Months Past Due
- If payments has not been received, the water service will be disconnected.
- Reconnection Services
- Full payment of the past- due balance and reconnection fee of $50 must be received before service is restored.
