Water Service Disconnect Policy

Effective immediately, the following policy will be enforced for all customer accounts:

  1. One Month Past Due:
    • A courtesy phone call and written notice will be issued to the account holder.
  2. Two Months Past Due
    • If payments has not been received, the water service will be disconnected.
  3. Reconnection Services
    • Full payment of the past- due balance and reconnection fee of $50 must be received before service is restored.
